We have worked a number of years on perfecting our service to all our residents.  You should hear from us within 48-hours, as to your acceptance to one of our properties.  We pride ourselves on be responsive to your maintenance needs, so you can always feel that you are coming home to a safe, clean place.  Start your search today and apply.

Rental Criteria

Income-Verified income must be at least 2.5 times the rent per month.

Rental History-References will be required from former landlords, for all applicants.
Positive Reference=no evictions or unlawful detainers, no outstanding debts, no history of late payments or disturbances.

Credit-Credit will be checked, and any bankruptcy must be discharged.

Criminal-Records will be searched for felonies, theft charges, violent crimes, drug-related offenses within the last (15) years; sex offenders charges.

Pet Policy-Dependent on the property, a pet interview will be conducted, (2) pets maximum, and an additional pet deposit of $250.00/animal.

Occupancy Limitation-Occupants will be no more than (2) x the number of bedrooms, plus (1). (ex. 3 bedrooms=7 occupants)

A completed application will include:

  • Application filled out by all adults in the household.
  • Screening Authorization Form signed, one/household.
  • Non-refundable application fee of $30/adult. (No Cash)
  • Driver’s License and Social Security Cards.

NOTE:  The Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which generally prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents of legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability).
